Wanda Rudd Owens, Realtor Associate, is a Washington County native. She and her husband, Carl, have three daughters, Amanda, Tiffany, and Carlee. She’s been in the real estate profession since 1996. Even though Wanda specializes in all areas of real estate, she believes honesty and kindness are two of the highest standards she can offer to anyone. Wanda is a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church of Chipley, Washington County Chamber of Commerce (where she serves as an Ambassador), Chipley Women’s Club, Chipola Area Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, The National Notary Association and the Teen Court Advisory Board. She received the Presidents Service Award in 1998, and the Realtor Associate of the Year award in 1999. Also, she has been in the Million Dollar Club for numerous years.
